Prestigious Serbian development company is looking for qualified drivers and construction workers (Dumper Driver, JCB Driver, Roller Driver, Construction Helper) with previous work experience. Training will be provided. Career growth opportunities.

Currently available positions:

• Dumper Driver – 5 No
• JCB Driver – 2 No
• Roller Driver – 5 No
• Construction Helper – 20 No

Requirements:

• men, age 20-45 years old, without bad habits.
• Knowledge of the safety rules.
• Monthly salary:  500€ + OT for Helper/ 700€ + OT for Driver

Work Schedule:

• 8-12 hours, Mon-Sat (Sunday-weekend).
• Extra day-off is available upon request.
• Trial period 3 month (depends on the qualification level). Candidates who successfully passed the probationary period, are provided with the employment contract and relevant qualification documents.
• Hostel-like accommodation, working clothes.
• Food : Provided by the employer.
• Free TRC for long term workers.

Dress the part:

Although, the employer will provide you with a uniform. Candidates just ask that you keep it clean and come to work wearing it.

Working time and paid leave :

• Working week: Monday – Saturday
• Working hours per week: 60
• Overtime working hours: Often
• Paid vacation days: 20 (The contract may be different)
• Paid public holidays: 13 (As per Govt. policy)

Just a few more things: You’ll need some basic maths skills, the desire to work as part of a team, and enthusiasm for learning.
