Responsibilities:
Join us as a Supervisor and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.
As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You’ll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us – whether they order in store or order their food online.
While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
- Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
- Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
- Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
- Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Physical mobility and stamina
- Ability to follow instructions
- Professional and polite.
Age restrictions:
Overall, min 22 years old and below 35 years.
Dress the part:
Although, the employer will provide you with a uniform. Candidates just ask that you keep it clean and come to work wearing it.
Working time and paid leave :
- Working week: Monday – Saturday
- Working hours per Day: 8 – 10 HRS / DAY
- Overtime working hours: Often
- Paid vacation days: 20 (The contract may be different)
- Paid public holidays: 13 (As per Govt. policy)
- Total Process time: 30 days
