Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee retail operations in Albania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead retail teams in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service.

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

• Maintain inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising standards.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting trends and making recommendations for improvement.

• Train and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations and developing improvement plans.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely product availability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in retail store management.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-performance teams.

• Flexibility and adaptability to different working environments and cultures.

• Ability to relocate and live in Albania.
