Job Summary:
We are currently hiring motivated and hardworking individuals to join Turkey’s leading Chicken Factory team as Chicken Farm Helpers. As a farm helper, you will play a vital role in the chicken farm products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality food products.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the quality and hygiene of the products.
- Inspect chicken products for quality, removing any defective or contaminated items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, surfaces, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of food processing techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: ECR & ECNR.
- Age limit: 22 to 38 years.
- Proficiency in English language is desirable.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Working time and paid leave :
- Working week: Monday – Saturday
- Working hours per Day: 10 -12 hours/ Day.
- Overtime working hours: Often
- Paid vacation days: 20 (The contract may be different)
- Paid public holidays: 13 (As per Govt. policy)
- Total Process time: 60 – 70 days
