Basically, We are looking for a hospitality job in Romania for one of our respective client in Romania.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing the food for cooking
• Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
• Following the budget set by the Restaurant Manager
• Ordering food for the kitchen
• Monitoring food production and food and staff costs
• Training staff
• Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen.
Chef education and training requirements:
Accordingly, Any diploma or degree in hotel management degree is preferable for the position. But a person without formal education may have started working as a Kitchen Assistant or Commi Chef or waiter and worked their way up.
Chef/ Kitchen Helper/ Waiter skills and qualifications:
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
• Knowledge of different varieties of foods and ingredients
• Ability to accept criticism
• Furthermore, ability to maintain an extremely sanitary environment while working
Job Specification :
Min 1 – 3 years experience required.
Contract period: Long-term contract.
Salary: 700 € – 750 € + Tips
Food: 100 €
Accommodation: Provided
