We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join a leading lamination factory in Belarus. As a Lamination Factory Worker, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality laminated materials used in packaging, printing, and construction.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
Operate lamination machines and equipment
Monitor production lines for quality and efficiency
Load raw materials into machines and prepare finished products for packing
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Report any technical issues or defects to supervisors
๐ฏ Requirements:
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Basic technical or mechanical understanding (training provided)
Ability to work in rotating shifts
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Prior experience in manufacturing or factory work is a plus, but not required
